We know how much of a headache medical bills and paperwork can cause. That's one of the main reasons we decided to provide cash-based services. But we also understand that if you can get money from the insurance you already pay for, why wouldn't you?
Because we are an out-of-network provider, you may be able to submit your PT sessions to your insurance company afterwards and get some of that money back.
We recommend using the Reimbursify app to keep this process as hassle-free as possible.
Follow these steps to keep bill submission clean and simple.

Determine if you have out-of-network benefits with your current insurance plan.
Most private health insurance plans will provide some level of out-of-network reimbursement. Look for the terms "POS", "PPO", or "out-of-network".
HMO, Medicare, and Medicaid plans are not eligible.
When in doubt, call your insurance company to get a clear answer.

Request a superbill.
After you pay for a PT session, Neuro B.C. will create a superbill at your request, which has all the information you need to submit to the Reimbursify app.
A superbill is essentially a receipt to prove that you received services from us. It will include:

Your patient information

Your therapist's information, e.g. NPI and Tax ID Number

Visit information, e.g. treatment codes, diagnosis codes, etc.

Submit and wait.
After you input everything into the app, you'll submit your claim ($3.99 per claim/PT session) then wait 2-4 weeks for it to be processed. That's it! If there are any issues with your claim submission, Reimbursify will reach out to you directly.

Get paid!
Your insurance company will send you a check in the mail. Cash it and go buy yourself something nice.
